Fair use

Krubal is for organising teams, sessions, matches and team finances for amateur football in Cambodia. Please use it for that, and not to harass, defraud or break the law.

No abuse or harassment

Harassment, threats, abusive language, or a conversation used to target someone can get your account suspended. Report any conversation with the in-app "Report" button.

Payments

Krubal is not a party to any payment between a player and a team or facility. Confirming payment is an agreement between two people (the player and the organiser). Krubal only records it, and never holds the money. Any payment dispute is between the people involved.

The only payment Krubal receives is its own Team plan fee, paid by a Team Admin on the web through ABA PayWay. There is no automatic renewal and nothing is switched off for an unpaid balance. A paid month is not refunded, except when Krubal was unusable, in which case we extend or refund in full. A duplicate or mistaken payment is refunded in full. If a team paid a year in advance, whole unused months are refunded on request: $40 less $4 for each month already started.

Service provided as-is

We work to keep Krubal running well, but we don't guarantee it will be free of bugs or downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
